By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

The Services provide tools that enable users to process text and interact with third-party artificial intelligence services during their input workflows.
We do not provide the artificial intelligence models ourselves. Third-party AI services (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or others) are provided and operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and policies.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

- The Services do not guarantee the correctness, quality, or reliability of AI-generated content;
- You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
The Services are provided as tools to assist you, not as substitutes for human judgment.

We do not store your input text on our servers. Any text processed through third-party AI services is governed by those providers’ privacy policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to TheFocus and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Services;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- Use our trademarks without prior written permission.
7. Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE;
- THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THEFOCUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheFocus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the Services or other users.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent people’s court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
